Join Visual Artist and former sales manager Katie Whyte to see how improving your understanding of sales process can help you confidently sell your own artworks.
This introduction to sales training workshop will help you to prepare your art and products for sale, including pricing your work, talking about your work, managing customer expectations with labelling, packaging and aftersales care.
About the Presenter:
Katie Whyte is a visual artist and creative producer based in Toowoomba, Queensland. With 10+ years of experience in creating site specific artwork and custom designs, Whyte is known for expressive colours and experimental forms.
Often travelling for work, her arts practice is flexible and energetic, and has been featured in commercial murals and brand collaborations with companies such as WeWork and Jericho Road Clothing.
Her work as an abstract painter has also been commissioned by the First Coat Festival, Toowoomba Regional Council and the Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers. As a mural artist, Whyte approaches site specific art projects with fun, curiosity and playfulness to add value to residential, public and commercial clients.
