Delivered in the thick of COVID-19, CQ Shopfront went from face to face delivery to online across 7 local government regions in Central Queensland from 2019-2021.
Over 450 artists and makers participated in face to face and online workshops, webinars, online mentoring, artisan in residence projects and the inaugural Makers' Shopfront Forum.

In 2021, an artist cooperative from Barcaldine in Queensland brought the Makers' Shopfront team to town to run a 2-day intensive Business for Creatives Course followed by 2 online group mentoring sessions to follow up with participants on the building of their business ideas.
Artesian Originals are a wonderful success story with 54 local artists contributing to their shop in the main street of Barcaldine and turning over more than $130,000 in sales in their first 12 months - including a 5 month closure for COVID!
